Card payments

• A successful card authorization or payment receipt does not by itself constitute acceptance of an order. Orders remain subject to our eligibility, fraud-prevention, stock, and compliance checks.

PayID and bank transfer

• PayID and bank-transfer orders are placed on hold until cleared funds are confirmed in the account displayed during checkout.
• You must transfer the exact order total within 24 hours and enter the order number as the payment reference.
• Missing or incorrect references, amounts, or account details may delay matching. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 24 hours and reserved stock released.
• Only use the PayID or bank details displayed on this website or in an order email from info@leveragebioaus.com. We are not responsible for transfers sent to any other account.

Shipping

• Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier conditions or external events.
• You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

Risk after delivery

• Once tracking shows delivered, you are responsible for securing the parcel.

Returns, refunds, and order issue handling are governed by our Shipping & Refund Policy page. In the event of a conflict, that policy applies to returns/refunds.

Chargebacks and disputes

• Please contact us first to resolve order issues before initiating a payment dispute, where reasonably possible.
• Approved card refunds are returned through the original payment method where available. Approved PayID or bank-transfer refunds may require verification of the receiving account before funds are returned.
• Processing and settlement times are controlled by the relevant bank or payment provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Lawful use

• You are responsible for ensuring products are purchased, imported (if applicable), stored, handled, and used lawfully.

Order abuse

• No fraudulent orders, chargeback abuse, or false claims.
• No purchase, resale, promotion, handling, or use for human or veterinary administration, self-experimentation, therapeutic treatment, diagnosis, or any purpose prohibited by law.
• No resale or redistribution in violation of applicable laws or our policies.
